Transsion Holdings will invest in the construction of intelligent terminal industry ecological global headquarters project in Shenzhen
On January 7th, the Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology released the selection plan for the global headquarters project of the intelligent terminal industry ecosystem, revealing that the intended land user for the project is Shenzhen Transsion Holdings Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Transsion Holdings").
Transsion Holdings is a well-known provider of smart terminal products and mobile internet services in the industry. It mainly engages in the design, research and development, production, sales and brand operation of smart terminals centered on mobile phones. In 2023, the company's mobile phone shipments were approximately 194 million units, with a global market share of 14.0%.
According to the selection plan, the intended location of the project site is the DU02-03 plot in the Shenzhen Bay Super Headquarters Base. The land area is 0.978 hectares (subject to the land transfer contract), and the land use is for commercial and service purposes. The total construction area is 68,600 square meters. The land will be transferred through public listing, with a term of 30 years.
