Shenzhen Tianma's revenue grew steadily last year, with net profit improving by more than 1.4 billion

According to the annual report of Shenzhen Tianma A, the revenue in 2024 will be 33.494 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 3.79%; the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company will improve by more than 1.429 billion yuan.
During the reporting period, the company faced market changes and challenges, took multiple measures, continued to consolidate its development foundation and capabilities, and its main business developed healthily. It continued to maintain its leading competitive advantage in display fields such as in-vehicle display, professional display, and LTPS smartphones, achieved substantial growth in AMOLED smartphone display, in-vehicle display and other fields, and steadily advanced in the IT display field. Thanks to the good development momentum of its main business, the company's profitability has been repaired and improved. Faced with the challenge of a significant year-on-year increase in the depreciation pressure of the Wuhan AMOLED production line, the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company and the net profit after deducting non-recurring gains and losses have both improved significantly year-on-year, laying a good foundation for the company's development in 2025.
In terms of market share, in 2024, the company will rank first in the world in terms of shipments in the display application market such as automotive TFT-LCD and vehicle instrument display, vehicle head-up display (HUD), LTPS smartphone display, mainstream brand wearable rigid OLED, and professional display modules; the company's flexible AMOLED smartphone business will continue to maintain rapid growth, and the shipments of flexible AMOLED mobile phone main screens will rank third in the world. In the mobile phone business field, during the reporting period, thanks to good demand and product specification upgrades, the company's mobile phone display business profit improved significantly year-on-year, and flexible AMOLED accounted for more than 60% of mobile phone display revenue, and the mobile phone display business structure was further optimized. In the field of AMOLED mobile phones, relying on the company's diversified customer layout, continuous improvement of production line capabilities, and vigorous promotion of extreme cost reduction measures, the revenue scale of the OLED mobile phone display business will be further expanded in 2024, and it will continue to make progress in technology innovation and brand project penetration. In the field of automotive displays, during the reporting period, the company's automotive display business developed rapidly, maintaining the world's first place in global automotive display and instrument display shipments for five consecutive years, and the automotive head-up display (HUD) topped the world for the first time, supporting the debut of many flagship and star models at home and abroad; the company's automotive business revenue increased by more than 40% year-on-year, among which, the automotive electronics business for international head vehicle manufacturers began to enter the mass delivery stage, continued to grow in the new energy market share, and steadily increased in Tier-1 customer share, which strongly supported the rapid growth of the company's automotive business. In addition, the project fixed-point value obtained by the company's automotive business reached a record high in recent years, covering market hot technologies such as AMOLED, LTPS, Local Dimming, as well as new growth business directions such as automotive electronics and new energy. In the IT business area, during the reporting period, the competitiveness of the company's IT business products was further consolidated, the global market share of LTPS NB display products continued to increase, the LTPS PAD display business consolidated the basic plate of high-specification products, and the first batch of Monitor products were successfully delivered, completing the company's IT business puzzle. In the field of sports and health, the company's rigid wearable business maintained a stable first place in the global rigid wearable brand customer market share, and the share of the top customers continued to increase; flexible wearables have carried out commercial project cooperation with many global customers, and the first flagship project is about to be mass-produced; and actively laid out new tracks such as handheld game consoles and translation machines. In the field of professional display, the company continued to deeply cultivate the market segments, seize the opportunities of key customer projects, maintain the top competitive advantage in many market segments, and actively explore the commercial display market. In terms of non-display business, the company's medium-sized dimming products have achieved a breakthrough in customer delivery, the development of microfluidic products has expanded to new fields, and the commercialization process has been steadily advancing. In terms of industrial layout, the company has accelerated the construction of new production lines. During the reporting period, the TM20 production line vehicle-mounted module products have been mass-produced and delivered, and the first batch of IT display Monitor products have been successfully delivered to customers, which will steadily promote the release and ramp-up of production capacity. The production line projects invested and constructed by the company's important associated companies are progressing smoothly: the TM18 production line has achieved batch delivery of flagship products such as folding and HTD for many customers, supported the first launch of many flagship models, and achieved a significant increase in shipments to mainstream major customers. It has also actively deployed new industry technologies, achieving full production in the first phase during the reporting period and stable mass production in the second phase; the entire product line of the TM19 production line has been successfully lit up, and multiple types of products are being simultaneously opened, among which the first 50" large-screen commercial display product has been successfully developed, and the first IT product has begun to enter the mass production stage; the Micro-LED production line has achieved full process connection and will gradually have the ability to ship in small batches in 2025.
